RETURN REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info.gabbycreates@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and name. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Glassware are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM(S)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number, name, and photos of the damaged item to our email hello@ginfo.gabbycreates@gmail.com
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items that are wrong or damaged.
ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER/ UNDELIVERED
If your order is returned to us as undelivered because of an address error or mail refusal there will be shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
