We use a high-quality printer, paper, and ink for our transfers. All designs are printed on 8.5x14 and 8.5x11 paper.
Transfers are non-refundable
Sublimation transfers require a Tumbler Heat Press or Sublimation Oven to be applied. Prior knowledge of the sublimation process for using these items is highly recommended. We are not responsible for user error.
**PLEASE NOTE** The colors on the physical transfer may appear different than the image colors shown on the screen. Colors on the transfer will appear lighter or darker, this is normal. Once the design is pressed you will see the brightness of the colors.
