Screen Print Transfer Instructions:

Time: 320-350 degrees for

Temp: 10-15 seconds

Hot peel , Heavy pressure

Approximate sizes:

Pocket 4” 

Adult 10.5”-11.5”  

Heat press is highly recommended. An iron will NOT work
